| Duties: | This position will support project locations throughout the Sorrento, FL district. Ability to travel based on project need is required.
Duties will include:
-Developing construction plans.
-Manage union labor relations
-Project execution for power line and substation construction projects
-Project execution planning
-Cost estimating and business development
-Reporting to management team
-Work closely with the senior management team to help facilitate development of opportunities and secure new contracts
-Work with Fleet Department to maximize the fleet resources of the company
-Manage customer relations
-Train field personnel in technical skills and safety methods
-Other duties as assigned

| Qualifications: | -10+ years prior experience working in electric energy transmission, substation and or sub-transmission construction
-Experience as a General Foreman in the areas described above, Journeyman level preferred
-Familiarity with MS Excel and Word is preferred
-Ability to travel and relocate accordingly to projects need
-This person must be a self-starter who is comfortable in an autonomous work environment
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
-Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
-A good work ethic; integrity
